The age of the candidate should be between 3 years to 4 years as on 31" January - 2022 in order to apply for Nursery. Child below 3 years and child above 4 years as on 31" January - 2022 will not be eligible for applying to the Nursery. Eligible candidates are children born between 1st February 2018 and 31st January 2019.
Parents should mention correct mobile number/whatsapp number for further communication with the school.
The cost of application form is Rs: 500/- which needs to be paid online.
After printing the Form, the Hard Copy of the application has to be submitted in the school office along with Xerox Copy of the Birth Certificate and a colour Passport Size Photograph on the next day of online Registration between 09:00 am - 12 noon.
On the day of submission of documents original birth certificate must be brought along for verification.
Selection of the candidates will be done on 23/10/2021 at 12:30 pm through zoom/goggle meet app by lottery system.
Incomplete / Incorrect forms will be rejected without any reference to the Parent/Guardian.
List of short listed candidates will be put up on the school notice board with the Interview Date and Time on 25th October by 11:00 am.
Recommendation by any Third Party will positively go against the admission of the candidate. Parents are cautioned against any so called agents claiming to act on behalf of the school administration. Donations for admission are NOT accepted either directly or through any Third Party. Applicants are advised not to indulge in any such activities.
At the time of interview and admission, the parents of the candidate must be present. They are expected to produce original birth certificate and related documents to make sure that the candidate fulfils the requirements. Both parents are to sign in the admission form.
Having selected through lottery on 23/10/2021 does not guarantee your ward’s admission to Nursery. Admission is confirmed only after interview.
Dates of interview and admission for selected candidates will be from 26th October – 3rd November 2021.
Decision of the school management is final in this regard.
